Battle Creek School Details

• Battle Creek is a kindergarten through fifth grade school, with an enrollment average around 450 students.
• We have enrichment opportunities for Band, Orchestra and Choir for our 4th and 5th graders.
• Child care is available before and after school through Salem Child Development Center.

Battle Creek History

Battle Creek opened in September 2012 with an enrollment of 490 students. Construction was made possible through a construction bond passed in November 2008 by voters within Salem-Keizer Public Schools boundaries. Voters passed a local measure for a $242.1 million construction bond to repair and renovate local schools, and to address overcrowding.  Our school has increased student enrollment each year that we have been opened.
