BC apparel avaliable for online purchase!!

There is now an online option to purchase Battle Creek apparel. Please see the steps below to learn how. We also have a QRcode by our main office if families come in wanting to purchase items and don’t have cash or checks on them. We still do not have a card payment option at our school, this is our work around.

 

 

Visit our school Website, just below the school image is an icon labeled Payment portal, click on that. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The username is your student ID, this can be found in your ParentVue on the main screen of your students profile, it is a 6-digit number. The password will be your students last name that is in Synergy (cap sensitive).

 

 

 

Once you are logged in select which student you are shopping for. If you have multiple students make sure you click on the student that is at Battle Creek.

• You are able to put all the items that you are purchasing under one students name.

 

 

 

 

Next, under Shop select Items at student’s school 

 

 

 

 

Then, Apparel 

 

 

From there you will get a list of all the shirts and hoodies that we have. Select the quantity that you want to purchase and push the blue Buy button, at the upper right of the screen there will be a green icon with the total, this indicates if you have items in your cart, select Checkout to move to the next screen

 

 

 

 

You will need to select the size that you want to purchase before proceeding to the payment screen. Once there you will fill out your information to process payment.

 

 

 

 

Please email our Office manager or call the office at 503-399-2062 when you have completed purchasing your item and have the receipt number ready. Office staff will pull your items aside and can either send it home with your student or have it in the office for families to pick up.
