Weekly announcement for April 20th

• Our parent club is holding a fundraiser to help raise money for student/school activities for next year, as we haven’t been able to do our normal fundraisers. If you want to help, they are selling more masks and stickers! Next week your students will be bringing home the order form below. Please look it over and follow the instruction on how to order and pay. Click on the image below to download the flier, if you need more copies.
  • Return your order form to your students teacher by April 27th or 28th, depending on your students Cohort. If you have any questions, please email our PTC at battlecreekparentclub@gmail.com.

• This Wednesday, the 21st at 6:30pm, will be our PTC meeting on Zoom. If you haven’t attended their meeting yet this year, we invite you to please do so. There are several open positions for next year that need to be filled. If you have been curious about joining, please attend the meeting to see what they do and ask how you can help.

• Back by popular demand, we are doing our Spring Book Fair virtually this year.
  • Starting April 26th through May 9th
  • Students will be getting a green half sheet with all the details and a link on where to go to virtually explore our book fair
  • All orders will be shipped directly to your student’s home
  • FREE shipping on book orders over $25

• Last Monday the district announced their plans for next school year for both in person learning and EDGE. Please click the orange button below to read the article.
• We are also encouraging families to please register/re-enroll your student(s) for next year, as soon as possible, as we know there will be an increase of students coming back to in person and we have already begun planning for next year. This will give us an idea on classroom sizes and staff needs. Please click the blue button below to be redirected to our registration page to start that process.
• • If you have any registration questions, please call our office at 503-399-2062, and we will be more than happy to assist. We are scheduling appointments for those who may need help with the online registration process.
