Week of May 3rd Announcements

• If you haven’t done so yet, please register/re-enroll your student(s) for next year, as soon as possible, as we know there will be an increase of students coming back to in person and we have already begun planning for next year. This will give us an idea on classroom sizes and staff needs. Please click the blue button below to be redirected to our registration page to start that process.
• • If you have any registration questions, please call our office at 503-399-2062, and we will be more than happy to assist. We are scheduling appointments for those who may need help with the online registration process.

• Virtual Book Fair is still happening!! This is the last week to buy your books!!
  • Starting April 26th through May 9th
  • All orders will be shipped directly to your student’s home
  • FREE shipping on book orders over $25

• This is the last week to order a Battle Creek mask and/or Sticker, All order forms are due at the end of this week. You should’ve received a Blue order form two weeks ago, please look it over and follow the instruction on how to order and pay.
  • Return your order form to your student’s teacher by May 6th or 7th, depending on your students Cohort. If you have any questions, please email our PTC at battlecreekparentclub@gmail.com.
  • If you aren’t able to process your payment through Venmo, you can send cash or check with your order form to the teacher. Please make checks payable to Battle Creek Parent Club.

• Battle Creek’s 1st annual Beautification Day!!
  • Saturday, May 15th between 9am till 4pm
  • Come anytime between 9am and 4pm to help pull weeds and clean up our school grounds
  • Come for a little bit or stay for awhile
  • Families will first check-in, at which time you will choose an area of the grounds to clean up
• For your Safety:
  • Families will choose or be assigned to an area physically distant from other families
  • hand sanitizer will be available
  • Bathrooms will NOT  be available for use
• Please Bring, if you are able:
  • Black trash bags (heavy duty)
  • Gardening tools, for example rakes, shovels, hoes, ect..
  • Gardening gloves, if you prefer
  • water bottles, snacks, sunscreen
